Reviews V-MODA Crossfade M-100 Over-Ear Noise-Isolating Metal Professional DJ Headphones
I can honestly say that these V-MODA Crossfade M-100 Over-Ear Noise-Isolating Metal Headphone are by far the best headphones I've ever
owned. The bass, clarity and mid-range are all excellent. The noise
isolation makes them perfect for traveling and crowded areas. I mostly
use them for listening to music, but they are perfect for movies too.
I have many portable headphones to compare to the V-MODA Crossfade M-100, some much cheaper and others closer in cost - including Grado SR-60 and MS-1, Sennheiser PX-100 and HD-218, Nuforce NE-30, Audio Technica ATH-ANC7, Sennheiser HD25-1 II, and some similarly priced Audio Technica ATH-A900 closed headphones which are less portable but have an upgraded silver plated copper cable.
Unbelievable Sound, Comfortable! Reviews Beyerdynamic DT-990-Pro-250 Professional Acoustically Open Headphone
Super cans that you will enjoy all music! You will not find anything out
there beat these Beyerdynamic AMS-DT-990-Pro-250 cans for the price! These headphones are light as a feather, but hug your head, some say too tightly, but I have no issue with wearing these things hours on end. You're probably looking at those earpads thinking "damn those look soft", well, you're right.
If u get the 250 ohm or 600 ohm,
you will need a strong amp to run them, again you will love these
things. I know I have other high end cans. These are my favorite! These things are like big fluffy clouds. Can't even describe the level of comfort here. They get a tad warm, as all headphones do, but I think the fact that they are open back lets the majority of the heat out. Give
these time to burn in & enjoy them!!!

Reviews Audio-Technica ATH-M50 Professional Studio Monitor Headphones with Coiled Cable
Audio-Technica ATH-M50 are great, well priced and I can't be happier. Imagine a dedicated tweeter per cup. The highs are PERFECT. Sirens,
cymbals, piano notes, you name it comes in crystal clear with a pristine
pitch. No harshness or fatigue comes with it. No roll-off or
sibilance either, even if you crank it up to stratospheric levels.
Burn in definitely changes the sound. Other owners have suggested 40
hours of cooking. The Audio-Technica ATH-M50 headphones sound more distinct, clear, and the
instruments have better separation. Even the bass is more lively and
the soundstage is more expanded. All said, don't judge yet until you've
pumped tunes through them for many hours. Which then, the end result
will surely be a smile on your face.
Best in class! Reviews Sony MDR-V6 Monitor Series Headphones with CCAW Voice Coil
Sound quality is really what makes these guys such a value. I used to
own a pair of Koss electrostatic headphones, and while they certainly
had their good points, this inexpensive Sony MDR-V6 Monitor Series Headphones with CCAW Voice Coil easily betters the
Koss in extended low-frequency response, and bass integration.
I don't
hear any sort of peakiness with the Sony MDR-V6 Monitor Series Headphones, and they maintain that smooth response at lower volume levels, which is important to me. The coil is ample length and sturdy, had for nearly a year now and no problems. Great if you care about accurate sound.
The sound quality is best of all headphones I've used.
